A320 family aircraft have a Power Transer Unit (PTU), part of the hydraulic system. This unit has pumps which transfer hydraulic power between different parts of the whole system to keep the whole thing functioning. Nothing to worry about.

It is a completely normal sound heard on all Airbus A320 family aircraft, A320 family aircraft have a Power Transer Unit (PTU), part of the hydraulic system. This unit has pumps which transfer hydraulic power between different parts of the whole system to keep the whole thing functioning. Nothing to worry about!
