It is a completely normal sound heard on all Airbus A320 family aircraft, A320 family aircraft have a Power Transer Unit (PTU), part of the hydraulic system. This unit has pumps which transfer hydraulic power between different parts of the whole system to keep the whole thing functioning. Nothing to worry about!

I have taken this route many times on Eastern Airlines B747 ( their mid night service) that was a very smooth landing and a very scenic approach over beautiful San Juan.,a lovely video..

Funny thing is pilots don't aim for smoothness. They aim to touch down on a particular marker on the runway. If the landing happens to be smooth, that's just a bonus.
