I'm a hometown die hard for life Bengals fan, and I wouldn't give up ZT for anyone. But this f***in guy is a dowg! Tells you like it is, no sugarcoat, no nonsense guy. Love it! Jets fans, you got a great motivated head coach. Keep him as long as you possibly can! Reminds me a little like Tomlin, who I consider the best coach in the league.

O-line playing together is a big deal. It is the only position group that communicate mid-play every play. If you are constantly moving pieces around on the o-line that is a huge deal.

A lot of people like Joe benigno have been jumped all over Saleh for not being verbally or over-the-top tougher on his team but what he did in that room was definitely tough I think that Saleh might be more of a psychological tough you know maybe a mind game tough then a confrontational tough and that can still work...... But we still have to remember that breece Hall was rushing for a ton of yards under just about that same offense of line so that has me thinking a little bit

Personally, if I have one of the worst offensive lines in football, and my team just acquired one of the best qbs of all time, I’m gonna focus on beefing up the line to protect my new superstar big money leader before I sign a bunch of mediocre and/or entirely unneeded for my team players just because my new player likes them.

Little misleading because 3 of the jets presumed o-line starters were not playing in that panthers practice laken Tomlinson, Aijah Vera- Tucker, and Duane brown. AVT and Tomlinson are also arguably our two best lineman.

I hope you keep Coach Campbell regardless of outcome this season. Ive been in competitive sports my whole life and I would go to war for that guy. You can tell the team has 'bought in' which is the hardest thing to do sometimes. Best of luck this year, that offence is amazing.

The reality is there's only so much coaching up they can do. Players can't magically be better than what they are week after week. They drafted and signed the FAs to have this mess. If it was only an effort issue, there would be different problems.

The big boys upfront are super important and underrated you need a good o line and d line to do anything in the league becuase if the o line can’t do anything then the offense can’t do anything they can’t run and pass efficiently we can pass bc we have rodgers but without a o line it won’t be efficient no matter how good you are

If the o line doesn’t perform, no one on offense performs. Look what happens to the great mahomes during the sb when a bunch of the starters were out for the game with injuries. Ole patty mahomes was running for his life when the mean defense of the bucs was blasting through every play and headhunting mahomes the whole game. If the o line gets it together to what saleh wants, they can be a very good team potentially.

hers have developed and drafted great o linemen so if their development team is still similar to the ones since 2000, then its the players issue. mangold, d’brickashaw, mawae, etc

NYJ should call AZ if they need a Tackle. AZ has a top 10 starting OT Duo in elite pro bowl LT DJ Humphries n rookie Paris Johnson at RT but behind them they’re loaded at tackle. OT Kelvin Beachum who can play Left or right tackle posting a 71.3 overall grade last season, 76.9 pass blocking grade at RT. They’d trade him for a RB or a 3rd possibly. 2nd string LT Josh Jones has Pro Bowl talent, posted a 75 overall grade his first year starting n a 75.9 pass block/74.1 run blk grade last season, Im not sure theyd trade him though as he All Pro level potential and he’s on their long term plans As I think they plan on signing him as their long term LT next year letting him take over but maybe they’d trade him for a 2nd . AZ might not trade either though good OL are hard to come by and u never know when your starter will go down and you’ll depth but still given how loaded they are OT I’d still call.
