Wasn't enjoying this, thought u were gonna let it go. But then when u said u were going to eat it, it was all good. Never had shark.....does it taste better than chicken?

It has the consistency of pork. 3-5 footers are the best. They get tough above that size. You can grill just like pork or chicken. Very clean meat if properly harvested just like any other wild animal. We love to fish. Sometimes it’s catch and release. Most of the time, if it’s a legal size species that’s in season, yeah buddy it’s a meat haul for sure. Thanks for your comment.
