Whoever is going to give them the best chance of winning. Not bothered if he's white or black in my opinion. However, there is a chance that a black coach might be able to relate the the players a little more and therefore get better performances... But, who knows.

Is the JFF looking for a modern coach who may be white, or a white coach who is modern? The emphasis to me appears to be modern and not necessarily on white. I agree that we need a modern coach.

We don't have any local coach at this time with the coaching education and the experience fada. Remember these players are high profile players who is exposed to top coaching so we don't want a situation where the students know more than the teacher. When players feel that they know more than the coach they will not buy into your plans and game strategies and they will always feel that they can challenge you. With the white coach now I want to get some clarity on this.

August 1 Is emancipation and we hearing only a white foreigner sounds a little too familiar from our colonial past... I honestly think Paul Hall had a good chance with Fuller as his right hand

No black coach??me Ross cloth So what if he's black and have the credentials ?I think it's unfair. So JFF is stereo typing people now because of their skin colour?I'm in shock it doesn't sit well with me What if he's black & qualified & have tactical nous & very innovative can come in & be an inspiration to the players & can improve the football improve the players & get the best out of the players? What if he's the kind of coach who will have the players run through a brick wall for him? I agree with moving on from local coaches as we want to improve our standard & our football

Whenever foreign manager along with foreign players fail to qualify for World Cup, the JFF call upon the homegrown coaches and players to full the well with all the baskets they've been given.

Since 1998, the percentage of overseas born players in our World Cup qualification is 29% except for this cycle where we have won all our games to-date. Yet it is the overseas born players fault? What happened to the other 71%?
