Viomi SE robot vacuum cleaner cannot be used in balcony as direct sunlight rays can interfere sensing ability of the top radar which has lidar sensor and also technical expert from cambium retail pvt ltd has advised me not to use Viomi SE robot vacuum cleaner in widely or completely open spaces.

hello Priyanka, tnx for all Your reviews. I'm just finding it difficult to choose one robo vacuum ie., mi, viomi and mcturing a3 taar which You added in this video. I like the mcturing a3 taar since it has 2 brushes but am confused with the accuracy of the other features compared to mi and viomi(mopping is not an issue). There are also no much reviews of the a3 taar. Pls help me with my questions and apply/compare them to all 3 products. 1) which one navigates the map well (1st time) along with the sensors during further use(basically the app as well). I've seen some reviews that some products forget their way and stuff. 2) what if the hotspot gets disconnected while on use. 3) which one is best for climbing heights such as carpets and small borders partitioning the rooms etc. 4) once it passes some crumb particles, I noticed in mi and viomi demo reviews that it spreads on the side further on the side of the brush where it actually has swept, so does it sweeps until everything is cleaned with the help of the sensors or there are some other settings in the app. whereas for mcturing there is a remote I guess. 5) are the batteries replaceable? 6) can we customise the cleaning in mcturing like the other 2? 7) which one sweeps the corners well? I purchased viomi se. I wanted to ask what should be wi fi speed to be able to connect to robot. I'm saying coz i don't have router so was using personal hot spot frim my mobile. But guess it does not connect to phone internet speed. I'm buying a router and for plans they provide diffetent speeds mbps. What speed is sufficient so ill select that wi fi plan. what's your wi fi internet speed

You will have to manually keep it on the next floor of your house and then you can use the robot to create map on that floor similar to the ground floor and save 2 maps of your house. Choose map according to the floor before starting the robot.

No, you can save map/maps and it will clean as per the prepared map. You don't need to recreate the map every time you use the robo.

In Viomi SE you get only 2 in 1 compartment in which the dustbin capacity is 300ml and water tank capacity is 200ml. Incase you want 550ml separate dust container/ water tank, You will have to purchase it but this device can accomodate 1 tank at a time that is either 2 in 1 tank or 550ml dust container/ water tank. Incase you have any more queries you can contact Cambium Retail on their support line number.

No, when the cleaning is over, the robot vacuum cleaner automatically goes to the dock to charge without notification. The run time would be approximately 2 hours under the lowest suction power.

I brought the Viomi S9 after seeing your video. It was delivered today. Your video about the fittings was very easy to understand. But inspite of me having an excellent wifi connection and spending hours, the device is not getting connected. Can you help me out in any way?? Would you have a CC number that can be contacted? Hi Beena, Hope you have downloaded the 'Mi Home' app on your mobile. Once you do that, you need to search the exact Viomi S9 model from the list of products available on the app. If you are not able to find this product and if you see many other products that are not popular in India; then, go to settings and change the country to 'India'. Changing this setting in the app should help you find the right device and your device should get connected successfully.

As per message prompt I brought my phone near to device then msg said bring near to router. Did all that. Also got blue tick for device connected and msg sent to device but the 3rd part of connecting device to network not happening. Will I get help from the customer care number given in the box??? Or will you be having a customer support number??

White colour will become dusty or looks odd after some days. Then it will look aaaaah..and I think 200ml water tank cannot cleans the whole.. Other models comes with 2 front brushes... It comes only with one....and due to high height it will goes under beds and sofas

Hi Bindu, I keep the charging station on all the time. Power to the robot vacuum cleaner automatically cuts off after its fully charged so there is no problem if you keep it on 24 hours unless you are going out for a couple of days.

Hello Shilpa,I have been using this robot vacuum cleaner for quite some months now and I am happy with its performance.The service is good which is provided by Cambium Retail and they have service centers PAN India. You can contact on their customer care number. Their technical agents are very prompt with their response.
