Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Degi Mirch powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumins Powder 1 tsp
Green Chilli 4 no
Fresh Mints
Desi Ghee 2 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1
Rose water 2 ml
saffron milk 50 ml

Which basamati rice did u use? because according to chef if we soak India gate basmati rice for 1 hour it will become mushy.

You are amazing sir ji!! After watching a lot of videos of many so called "Celebrity Chefs" show me how 'they" cook, finally found your video which told me how to cook. The biryani came out perfect. Looks just the way you have made it I dare say. Am sure the taste might differ a bit. My wife and me have tried the veg Biryani and pav bhaji recipes too and they came out brilliantly well!!.
