i think this scene showed the love went both ways... Jiang Cheng protected his brother knowing that he could have been killed.

As much as I would have loved to see Wuxian and Cheng make up and be brothers again there is so much history between them that realistically it wouldn't happen that way. Maybe in a couple of years they can rebuilt a new relationship but it will never be the same.

Jiang cheng knows that there is no point to tell WY he was trying to save WY from people pursuing him. it just looks like u saved me becoz i saved your ass first. he knows that they can't never be the brother they used to be.

@@yauconcon I think eventually that the two of them could build a new relationship. Jiang Cheng still needs some time to deal with all of the revelations and get over his guilt towards his brother. Maybe if Wei Ying asked his brother to help him get over his fear of dogs, that could be the first step towards reconciliation? If there ever was another series or movie with the two of them, that would be a great scene.

With that sad song I can feel Jiang Cheng is heart broken in this scene because things will never be the same as before. From now on Wei Ying will be with Lan Zhan.

@@mbawehsee8637 Jiang Cheng needs time to heal from all the revelations of the previous night and to forgive himself. I'd like to think that if there was ever a book sequel? That Wei Wuxian would come to his brother and ask him to help him get over his fear of dogs. Especially since this is something that Wei Wuxian has never been able to do for himself. Jiang Cheng's hurt that his brother would not always be by his side at Lotus Pier will also take him time to really accept. But, maybe both Jiang Cheng and Lan Zhan could come to a private acceptance for the sake of them both caring about Wei Wuxian's happiness?

I like how Jin Ling shows his spunk when talking back to his Uncle Jiang. Jiang Cheng's little smile makes me hope that given enough time? That he will work through his guilt about how he thought the worst of his brother when WY had been set up for things he didn't do. Maybe if JC offers to help WY get over his fear of dogs, that would be a good step.

Mo xuan yu. he is the one of the bastards of Jin guang shan. Got bully by Jinguangyao; Using the Sacrifice spell to resurrect WY inorder to bring back the one person who people frightens the most. that's why WY has 4 scar on his arm. each represent one enemy of moxuanyu. with all all 4 enemy's death, WY is finally free from the spell
