hon is just basic, kesa gatame can be applied to a number of positions that we would recognize as scarf hold, what you see in this video is specifically hon kesa gatame

Pro tip: you can easily escape this, just bite your oponnent's ribs. If he is your friend you can try tickling his armpit

They reason the judoka would be doing this after throwing you on the floor is because he doesn't want to end you, so don't anger him if you don't want him to be more aerodynamic than a plane
