🟢材料:
雞下腿 1 公斤
洋蔥 3 個
蕃茄醬 4 湯匙
蕃茄膏 2 湯匙
蕃茄乾(油浸) 5 片
薑、蒜 適量
鹽 1 茶匙
胡椒粉 1/4 茶匙
紹興酒 2 湯匙
糖 2 湯匙
油 適量
熱水 200 毫升
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 雞下腿洗淨晾乾水,用1茶匙鹽、1/4茶匙胡椒粉、1湯匙紹興酒、薑、蒜和1湯匙油醃製4小時。
2️⃣ 洋蔥切粗條炒香盛出備用。
3️⃣ 雞腿煎至兩面微黃,下1湯匙紹興酒、200毫升熱水、4湯匙蕃茄醬、2湯匙蕃茄膏、5片蕃茄乾、2湯匙糖,小火炆煮5分鐘。
4️⃣ 反轉雞腿,下洋蔥再炆5分鐘至雞腿全熟,收汁上碟。
🟢Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks - 1kg
Onions - 3
Tomato ketchup - 4 tablespoons
Tomato puree - 2 tablespoons
Sun-dried tomatoes (in oil) - 5 slices
Ginger, garlic - as needed
Salt - 1 teaspoon
White pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Shaoxing wine - 2 tablespoons
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Oil - as needed
Hot water - 200ml
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash and dry the chicken drumsticks. Marinate them in 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, ginger, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of oil for 4 hours.
2️⃣ Cut the onions into thick strips, stir-fry until fragrant, and set aside.
3️⃣ Pan-fry the chicken drumsticks until both sides are slightly browned. Add 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, 200 ml of hot water, 4 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons of tomato puree, 5 slices of sun-dried tomatoes in oil, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Flip the chicken drumsticks over and add the stir-fried onions. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken drumsticks are fully cooked and the sauce is thickened. Serve hot.
