Chinese dishes are so complicated and I had no idea it took so many days to complete. They are much more labor intensive than American cooking. I wish I could be there eating with you as your dishes look very delicious!!

Xiao Li, I love all your video, you inspires a lot of people. My question is, why dont you wash all your vegetables, grains or potatoes (sweet potatoes or yums) using the clean water? I think is not hygienic enough to be washed at the river, because there are some ducks and swans around, not free from parasite and germs. And also MAYBE, MAYBE, the water could be polluted with the fertilizer from the plants too.
