在台灣我媽都用茭白筍炒臘肉蒜苗辣椒。這是最喜歡最下飯的吃法。第二好吃的做法跟妳的切丁做法一模一樣。不過會加一點肉丁和甜麵醬。最不喜歡的吃法是切片炒肉加醬油。

筊白筍耶~~~，最簡單的做法就是帶殼放在爐火上用小火烤，熟了之後把殼剝掉直接沾鹽巴或是辣豆辦醬或是美乃滋~~~~~，那滋味想了都流口水了

这三样原料可以同时下锅，加半碗滚开水，加盐，盖上锅盖煮到接近水干时，掀盖翻炒，看到食材忽然变亮的时候，停火出锅，可以更软嫩鲜美。😊😊😊
