You could catch any bus that goes towards Manali and get down at the Aut Bus Stand. The bus stand is located right after crossing the Aut Tunnel and is on the right side of the road.

yes definitely. After 9pm everything gets closed there so book a good tree house/hotel where you can bonfire inside and have an amazing time. For scooty talk to your hotel and they can help you in getting it.

Its too good. Means not too chilly ofcourse but still no fans would be required

Based on how you are travelling... if you are going by your own vehicle then it is a little expensive... but if you go by bus (it's cheap but very hectic as there is no direct bus). Then tree houses start from 2000/- day if not travelling in peak season or long weekends.

If you are travelling from Delhi, it is going to take approximately 13-14hrs. If you can travel this much then in Jibhi, you don’t have to move much (miss trek places) Just enjoy the tree house, waterfalls and weather. But other less distance option you have is Dharamshala and Mcleodganj. Amazing place - check my Mcleodganj vlog for more details on this.

Also, I will suggest one more which is not a treehouse but it's on-road once you enter Jibhi and very beautiful (full wooden) -- "Pine Valley Cottage" (and not very expensive).

Its not that expensive. Find a budgeted hotel, it will cost 2 people around 700 per day. Near buy places are not soo far away that you would need taxi. Without taxi also you can travel, talk to your hotel for renting bike if they can provide.

September to Oct --> you will experience chilly weather and all tourist places will be open. After that, it will get too chilly and in winter heavy snowfall occurs here and all major tourist places close down but you can join living in the tree house and watching snow.

September will be a great time. Monsoon over ho jayega and the weather will be very chilly but no snowfall so you can enjoy all the tourist places.
