57:49 Explaining in depth how I write an improvisation etude study like this one
The first element of the process is listening to great improvisors and learn their solos
I make backing tracks for myself of each tune and apply what I learn to them
I record myself improvising and refine my ideas by writing them down and learning them
I learn the etude at slow tempos and work them up in tempo as fast as I can get them
