Im fishing 18 ft , drifting using a 3/8 jig and a 4 inch buck shiner . Im also using a jigging techinque I would on shore which I have a tutorial on with walleye but its the same method with lighter weight

Are you guys on the Canadian side? I'm new to the perch and not sure where to go. I heard "the hump". Is that the same as the dumping grounds?

About 3 km out roughly we fished in 18' of water
