Yeah, and he got pretty emotional a few times there when talking about how close to death he really was and the idea of leaving his family. It's fortunate that he made it, and I hope everyone remembers him as the all-time great he was. As Jim has said before, Triple H was the guy who worked with the guy that drew the money, but ya know, that's still a great career.

When you actually look at the Hardy's careers you realize that they spent more time apart than they have has an actual team. They've actually had more time being in different companies then each other. They have as a team for less than half their so-called 25 years. Yes they always end up getting back together but only for short periods of time before they're separated again due to circumstances

Wow I used to record a Florida championship wrestling back in the day just like that. I always used to pretend I was also doing commentary for Florida championship wrestling and do a Gordon solie impersonation at school I always wanted to do stuff like that as a kid can't wait for these tapes to come out

Matt Hardy suiting up in his old attire really puts emphasis on how old he is and how badly he needs to get back in shape. His gut isn't far off from him being able to be a Mall Santa. He could use a new tailor as well before he trips over his pants and pulls something. Jeff isn't far off himself. Both could use a new strength and conditioning program.

Hardys: cant wait for Jim to see the Indyrific dive through the dreaded blacksheet box table in the day lit venue, its on the AEW YT... ...yay... Crowds: last time I checked crowds in Australia still cheer/boo for faces/heels respectively, at least here in South Australia. So they got that going for them and helps explain why Rhea Ripley can come out of nowhere and have a grasp on working, because thats how she was bought up and schooled. 👍

Hearing the rules for Control Your Narrative Wrestling, we are either going to get their version of Fight Club, since they took some of their rules anyway, or we're going to get another Raw Underground. I wonder if they will hire people like Jelly, Brian Cage, and Big Swole since they won't work for AEW anymore.

Wrong, Corny! Throwing over the top rope was always grounds for DQ in the AWA. Likewise, they also made it a DQ to jump off the top rope after Ray Stevens "broke" Dr. X's leg. This was an angle so that the doc (Dick Beyer) could leave for a while and get much-needed knee surgery. That is also when they started calling Stevens "The Crippler" in the AWA.

I'm not from America and barely know anything about what airs where but did Jim call Scrubs a crummy show or was he just using the term 'scrub' to describe in a general fashion whatever dumb show was on at 10pm instead of ROH? Because if it was the former...😮 Scrubs is one of the better shows of the last 20 years, even if it did go on a bit longer than it should have done.

Uhhh cornette got the promo from ciampa all wrong. Deangelo had a match. No crowbar. After match ciampa puts him out with his finish the fairy tell thing. Afterwards ciampa tells him while he's writhing in pain that hell be the one decide how is chapter at nxt ends at stand and deliver. Cornette put everything the opposite of how it happened to make it as shitty as possible in hopes you won't be tempted to check his work but I've heard him lie enough and decided to and sure enough he Did. Buries nxt for the sake of aew like aew could give a fuck if he lives or dies

In relation to the briscoes "I thought I was defending the lord" statement, all I have to say is it's a sad state of affairs when bigots can near, or actually get away with homophobia or racism by basically using religion as a scapegoat. There are plenty of religious folk from all walks of life and cultures that are open to all types of people whether their religion fundamentally says it is intended or not. Religion has it's bad history for sure, I'm not going to get into that, but this is another example of pushing the blame onto something or someone and effectly demonising that something or someone even more. Can't say I like that, sets a bad influence going forward. Basically guys if you ever get into controversey, just blame religion for your stupidity!

& Cornette says, rather than chastise him and call him out for being homophobic, we should address the root problem.. Isn't the root problem the parents taking their children to these religious schools every week and getting indoctrinated rather than the religion itself? Corny even said that Briscoe went on to say that god loves everybody and he had no problem with that side of religion. It's all about how it's taught. Let's stop dividing ourselves by creating a group of demons just 'cos they're under a certain roof, and instead look towards the individuals and splinter groups of religions that are basically cults.

The man said some really insensitive things, some incredibly dumb things...9 years ago. He's said he's sorry and he's paid a fine. Notably, he apologizd again. He's taken his punishment, several times over. His idiocy has cost him and his brother bigger opportunities in the business. The man seems honestly chastened, and open about said idiocy. He Isn't blaming religion, but he is clearly demonstrating the "culture wars" being force fed to the public. Everybody gets took sometimes, and Jay is no exception. Apparently, he's enough of an adult to be able to learn and grow through his past mistakes.... Maybe people will learn to show grace when someone offers a true and heartfelt apology. Or, maybe they'll continue to castigate and deride. I guess that'd be up you.
