I was in a Huddle House in Metropolis IL and I ordered hash browns. The cook sprayed the grill threw the hash browns out and pored 7 small ladles of some oil on it. I said I would pay for those but throw them out and just use one ladle on the grill. He wa nice and threw the H B away at no charge. The ladle was about a tablespoon so no telling how much fat I saved.
