I listen to Jim weekly, have seen him live with the Midnights many times but I don't want to live breathe and eat Jim Cornette. That's crazy. There's a such thing as too much but you're fishing for likes. I get it. I wanted to be cool once.

I think there is a fine line between disapproving of someone business practices such as the curtain call and leading Vince on that he will resign to wanting someone dead. The NWO was red hot and still is fondly remembered and the NWO wouldn’t be the NWO with Scott Hall. Rip Scott Hall

Sean Quinn I'm not saying he won't mention his passing at all. I mean Hall was a huge name in the business so it has to be talked about just from a news standpoint. I just wouldn't expect any glowing tribute. Not from Cornette anyway.

One of the biggest problems with AEW is nobody is a job guy, even the job guys. Everyone has to have a 20 minute clinic(even though most of them don't know how to put on a wrestling clinic.) So they never have the opportunity to pace a show and build things back up to a main event after a big match early or in the middle of the show.

Listening to Brian talk about how most fans were either fans of Bret's style or Michael's style reminded me of when I was watching then. Although I can definitely appreciate Bret's attitude towards the business now, I hated him as a kid and thought his brother Owen was leagues better (I also hated Shawn as a kid too to be fair). I always feel like Owen was so underrated, but it could be that he was the first wrestler that I ever saw that I always wanted him to be pushed further than he was.

I’m sure he’ll mention it at some point. The major difference as far as matches between AEW and WWE right now is Tony almost never does rematches, whereas WWE will do the same match for 4-6 weeks straight. Id rather see new things done once than get bored
