I’m surprised to hear the OTHER members getting hate for seemingly not supporting Suga - usually the spotlight is on Jimin, with whom people LOVE to find a reason to hate him - like for instance, in this case: ‘Jimin seeking attention again by having a very public dinner with Suga’! The fandom needs to just SIT DOWN and stop looking for things to b^tch about ANY of the members!

Alright army-- think about Suga’s personality. When has he ever said goodbye??? He does not like goodbyes. He often turns away when others say or hint at goodbyes. At his final concert, as the door opens he waved. Because through all his struggles and fighting for his teams doors were always closed. Something always got in the way - physically emotionally, mentally. But the door opens in the end, he’s pushed through despite obstacles and he reaches his dream of becoming a successful solo rapper. It is then, he waves goodbye. He knows he’s enlisting and will make that announcement very soon after.

I think all members love each other and just because they didn’t have dinner privately with Suga doesn’t mean those who didn’t get to do so don’t love him. I am sure their lives are a lot busier than we think and it’s hard to create a schedule…just think about how hard it is to gather with your friend(s) times ten or even more!! We need to stop making drama out of everything. As for TXT, that’s scary to hear and I’m sorry that they had this experience. I remember back during COVID Namjoon said in 2019 or 2020 they were all going to join the Military, but then due to them during shows on TV Bighit advised the members to waite. This was good because during COVID is when BTS really became known.

Yoongi is just working a civil service job right now. Like a 9 to 5 job. He will have to do 3 weeks worth of basic training at a later date. Then will continue to work his civil service job til his time is up. Which is longer than regular service.

Yoongi's enlistment dynamics will be different. He will have free nights. So, I believe that's why Hybe didn't make a video and maybe Yoongi didn't want that kind of farewell either, since he's more reserved. I believe everyone said goodbye to yoongi, privately. We don't see everything that's going on with BTS... just what they want to show. It's very childish to think that we know everything about someone's life.

Suga will probably concentrate on writing music after he gets home from the office.

Just a note on TXT and the shock of a lifetime. I had a cord that shocked me every time I used it. I complained to my Mom, so she bought me a new one. Well, it still continued to happen. As it turned out it wasn't the cord, it was the electrical outlet. It wasn't grounded properly but once it was it was fixed, I was never shocked again. So who knows if it needed to be explored a little and just maybe the property owner needed to fix the problem. I, like the boys in the band still wince when plugging in a cord. I never want to have the stuffing shocked of me again. 😵‍💫😵🤯🥺

An extension cord... even a student living in a dorm can afford to buy an extension cord to replace a faulty one... it is personal responsibility n taking the initiative to care for yourself n your dorm mates... why did none of the TXT members replace it, even if the company didn't? This is a simple everyday problem that is easily solved... which is probably why the company staff didn't think to look into it... did the staff even know the boys had this problem?

Yes Jimin does get emotional when it comes to Suga ,look how Jimin was when Suga had to go for surgery and leave for family issues .I’m sure they were both emotion.

Missing BTS together I often listen to their older songs, like House of cards, Pied Piper, Spring day and many more and get reassured again how each member's voice is specific, different and equally valuable for the whole song. Of course we can have biases, but must stay fair, acknowledgable and respectfull to the others. I understand Jimin's feeling of helpnesness during the pandemic, but luckily the guys were happy to get back quickly, continue performing to our great joy and not lose their status. But for many, Covid changed or almost ruined their businesses, left them out of work or bankrupt, never to be able to catch step again. And Covid brought BTS into my life.

Something I have realised lately is that Jimin’s voice is so important to BTS because if you listen to the over all sound, Jimin’s voice is almost the sound of BTS, you can always tell when he is singing even if you can’t see him…..don’t get me wrong I am fully aware that BTS is all about there voices individually and together but I think Jimin’s voice has that ….yep it’s me . When I listen to overseas musicians and singers they always comment on his voice as being out of this world. Oh and just to mention I am not a Jimin fan only, I admire all BTS members and I could not pick a favourite because they all so individual ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊

Suga is going to be three weeks in a camp. He is going to live in his house the rest of the time. Jimin is not going to miss him yet. If anything Suga is the one that is going to be left alone.

People shouldn't take these stories that are real life experinces that artists share too lightly otherwise exploitation & abuses can & will continue. We are, as you said, talking about human beings who have struggled in poor living & work conditions or have faced other abuses and some have been traumatized. I think it's so important that more artists speak out so there will be more regulations & protections throughout the Industry & all labels. You have a habit of minimizing concerning behaviors & attitudes to protect members or the label that I find disconcerting & that's part of the problem with Kpop Industry & culture. I say this a fan of Kpop (multi) including BTS, esp rap line w/ RM bias.

I hope Suga gets through his military service and stays healthy and happy. There is no way to tell if Suga spent time with each member before going in or if they all ended up getting together. I was kind of hoping maybe a video from Hybe showing them together and him entering.

Dave, thanks for keeping BTS in your thoughts. Now using a lot of thought on how they or anyone would desire to be an idol. Totally against Boarding schools let alone go to train with hardships to finally get the Accolades as they each should. Believe BTS will still be close for they went so long to reach the status they have around the world. Stray Kids. Only a few, very few Females can reach globally. .Just hope we don't see other issues. Looking forward to 2025. 💐💐

Perhaps Hybe figured that creating living conditions that required members to cooperate and support one another worked for BTS; why not try the same with TXT? But the dangerous extension cord is totally out of line and substandard. The staff should take the best carte possible of ALL trainees - because it's the right thing to do. It is wrong to let members live in hazardous conditions.

Don't say Suga's leaving 4 the military won't b emotional 4 Jimin. Jimin was in tears in the car when they dropped Hobi offf. We know those 2 r particularly close. Likewise ,we know Suga and Jimin r very close, so it would b natural if Jimin got a bit emotional even tho Suga's enlistment is different from Jin's and Hobi's. As 4 the others supossedly not being there 4 Suga's enlistment, there was no ceremony. Bighit's announcement clearly said there would b none. Pretty sure those who weren't in the country or due 2 scheduling conflict couldn't meet up with him used their chat group 2 give him well wishes. And I'm sure Suga understood perfectly well that some things can't b canceled or delayed and would want the members 2 keep their commitments. I've seen some really stupid comments regarding JK and the Global Citizen Festival and him not sending Suga off. People can b really dumb. Especially k-pop fans. Pretty darn delusional and rabid!!🙃😑

Suga is not into "events" . He is VERY LO KEY about his private life. Im sure the members said goodbye in their own way. Also he is not going to boot camp. Its a different situation. Fans dont need to know every detail. Ps. Jimin is a GREAT friend and often visits the members. I always felt like Jimin has "big sister " energy always checking on the members emotional needs😊❤ .

Suga has not started military training yet, he gets up in the morning and goes to the office. He can dine with whoever he wants every evening. Her training of a few weeks will begin in the future and there will not be an enlistment ceremony, because she is not scheduled for those doing replacement duty.

As more and more BTS boys join the Military there will be fewer people to say goodbye to.. guess it will be only JIN to say goodbye to Jungkook.

Jimin ,Jungkook and suga went to lunch at a restaurant in Hongdae and were seen by a k journalist, jimin and yoongi went to a new sushi restaurant in chongedam district, they probably went with suga as a farewell before military and before Jungkook went to NY , there’s no need Dave to try and pair up yoonmin , they are like brothers and I’m sure all remaining members caught up with suga before he enlists . I think during the pandemic all the members said they felt sad and depressed because they couldn’t perform, they all struggled mentally because of the unknown but in no way especially since you mentioned jimin, would he not consider people that aren’t as privileged , he’s very charitable but already people commenting that jimin is inconsiderate, he’s far from that!

i don t get it why blame the staff about it, i believe the boys also have a mouth to ask about this kind of stuff.. why think people always that other s see it or check it. people need to learn to think about thing. also why these boys living the same way as the things BTS did go true, maybe to learn the same way BTS has learn the hard way to get there where they are now, with out the easy way and live in luxury. when some thing is broke in a apartment you also need to ask for help to get things fixt, and so the boys should learn to do so or trying to fix it by them selfs..

Hi Dave, that's true what you said because all the Members have the right to have their Privacy and after my opinion Yoongi always said how much he Loves Jimin so much, but in a romantic way, because if you old Videos, Namjoon asks Yoongi when do Jimin and you get Married and Yoongi said honestly, whe'er already Married and felt so real, because all the other Members said they behave like a Married Couple and when other Members say it, We didn't just say that so that others could get what the fans wanted to hear. The other members are too honest for that, i can't imagine either. So when the other Members see Yoongi and Jimin as Couple in a romantic Way then Fans have to accept it. What would be so bad if it really turned out that both of them were in a relationship...??? It would be a problem for some because they just want to see both of them as friends and brothers. South Korea is just a homophobic country. We can't help but keep it to ourselves and live with it very discreetly because they both get a lot of hate and envy. To avoid this, they prefer to keep things to themselves. I would do the same if I came from and lived in a homophobic country. Ja Yoongi is very open about this and has already openly confessed his love for Jimin in a romantic way. Of course you can do that in a friendship, but the way they both relate to each other is different than in a friendship because.I know the difference between a normal friendship and how to behave in a relationship. The way they both behave is only like that in a relationship. Just because Yoongi and Jimin don't comment on it doesn't mean they aren't in a relationship. Be that as it may, all the other members wrote goodbye to him online. Yes, I can confirm that Yoongi's military service will be different than Seokjin and Hoseok, because because of his shoulder, his military service will be different than Seokjin and Hoseok, Yoongi is allowed to go home to do his work as long as he is doesn't feel too tired. You should accept BTS as they are and those who don't like it should leave just because they have a different attitude and live differently so that they feel comfortable. If you are a real BTS Army you should accept them and accept it as it is . It is whose life and not the lives of others that we only have to accept as it comes. Do you think BTS would care if they would lose fans because of it, no bit BTS would care, even Namjoon even said that in one of his lives on Weverse. He says if people don't like how we live, what we do, in what way and are against supporting the LGBTQ+ community even if their bandmates are part of the LGBTQ+ community, then these people should just leave. For me this is proof again why I love BTS so much and am a proud Army fan because they know that their country is homophobic in this regard and Namjoon himself said in an interview in an American program in 2019 that it doesn't necessarily have to be a relationship between men and being a woman, it can also be a relationship between two men and two women no matter what you identify with as long as you feel comfortable in the relationship, it doesn't matter what others think of it. It is the relationship between the people concerned and the relationship of others. That's why it doesn't matter if it turns out to be a couple's date.

TXT was kinda trained and mentored by Seokjin and Hoseok and leader Namjoon gave advice to their leader…🤔we know our Bangtan’s beginnings were sparse because the company filmed their conditions( remember the clothes all over and the beds / mattresses in 1 room etc) unless the boys filmed it 🤷🏻‍♀️but TXT is way too recent for such living arrangements to be allowed: HYBE / Big Hit would not want to come under that kind of scrutiny and if the young trainees said they got hurt( and fire hazard) by an extension cord- their sunbaenims would’ve got that fixed ( especially Seokjin who said “ I don’t listen to the company says- I do what I want🤭”)…. Maybe their conditions weren’t as bad as that just not what any of those youngsters were used to….like you said take it with a grain of salt….. just kids coming up different perspective on what is bare bones dorm life versus what BTS and other generations of Kpop trainees lived through

I am furious with 3 issues that could be resolved so easily with grace. 1) the service of young men is treated as "poor Guys" Serve, gain skills, honors or educational certificates, learn a trade, cut hair, transport skills of large qtys of equipment, food sanitation and prep. Next, Bullying has to be addressed. Team work, reaching skill sets, uplifting others need to be promoted. Finally why is the chant " oh poor guys must serve" needs to be changed to " Thank you for your service, Our country supports you and honors your days protecting Korean citizens. Also the Blue house used BTS as pawns, a service date should have not been a football (political)but rather a ruling in black and white. BTS has increased tourism and the honor to elevate Korean society. The money generated by BTS into Korean economy was massive. Army will always protect and love BTS and as a young political voting block make Korea even stronger and better.

Jk and Jimin had a dinner with Suga the day before Jk had to leave for New York that's why Jk came back early.

Yoongi is not going to a bootcamp. He will start working at his civil service job first, sleeping at home, and maybe after a few months he'll do a lighter military training for a few weeks, then go back to his job. He will be just fine and come back with new music, I think.
