I never thought of it as a baby-making song but that totally makes sense haha. Jimin is an incredibly smooth singer and dancer. I agree that he always seems in control and has a magnetic aura within him. As an additional trivia, RM wrote this song, and I really believe he used the 'science' you were talking about. Serendipity is the intro for their album Love Yourself: Her which is the first unit in the Love Yourself series. The series in itself tells a cohesive and linear story about the realities of love. The first album, which has this song, talks about a love that seems picture-perfect and fated by the universe. The concepts gets more twisted and dark in the next installments. I saw this Jimin performance when i was newly exploring BTS and i swear i fell in love with him bcoz of this. He is my bias eversince and Serendipity is one my all time fav song. Jimin's dance, the way he moves his expressions r all so captivating. Even when all alone in that huge ass stage he still captures everyones attention. Infact everytime Jimin performs you cant take your eyes off him for a sec...be it hard choreo or freestyle. He is an extremely talented performer. And i wont even start on his voice. But yeah i can kill for him (not literally pls).

Jimin is mesmerizing! I’ve honestly run out of superlatives to describe him! This was a BTS concert. BTS never uses opening acts; so, during their concerts, the members will do solos and vocal line / rap line songs to give each other a breather; and it gives them a chance to perform their own songs and just basically ‘show off’ their individual talents and vocals/rapping skills.

This was at a BTS concert during their Speak Yourself stadium tour in 2019, they each had one solo song during this show, a couple of 3/4-member songs and the rest were group songs. It’s nice cause the other 6 members can have a bit of a rest/get changed/drink water backstage while one member is performing, so it’s not as exhausting as if they were all dancing on stage for 3 hours straight. This was during their "Speak Yourself" stadium tour and they did run the full length and back during the course of a single song while dancing LOL. So yeah full BTS concert (no other act) and the members did full group songs, solo songs, and "unit" songs. I got to see it at the sold our Soldier Field show in Chicago and it was so freakin good. The live vocals and dancing after what had been a heavy rain and temperature drop to the mid-forties they all came out and nailed it and did so great. The rain stopped right as the gates opened but it did rain on them the 2nd night there but they still killed it then too.

It's a BTS concert. At BTS concerts they do group work, solo's and sub units eg just the vocalists and just the Rap Line. It breaks things up and allows for custom changes and water breaks. So they shine as solo artists, as sub units and as a group as a whole. Same as their albums.

Jimin info that some still aren't aware of: ❣JIMIN, born October 13, 1995, at age 11, started studying, performing, & competing (winning every competition), in hip hop, popping (excelled), & street dancing, while attending the renowned Just Dance Academy in Busan where he's from! He was so good that an instructor even had the high tuition fee waived at one point! This was while also attending middle school, where he loved sports, being quite athletic, joined the football team, excellent at track, great at basketball, & billiards! Jimin also, all throughout his schooling, was known as a top scholar, achieving perfect scores, especially in math & science which just always came easy to him! Jimin was even class president for 9 yrs in a row! Jimin, all throughout his schooling, was also quite good in art class, as well as calligraphy. Jimin, then also took up contemporary dance. The media, after seeing a performance of Jimin's performing at a huge Busan Festival Event, called Jimin "The rising star of Busan"!! JIMIN also studied ballet & traditional Korean dance while attending Busan High School of the Arts. Jimin still went to Just Dance Academy to take hip hop classes whenever he could because his first love has always been hip hop, even though he was now majoring in contemporary! JIMIN even had an offer to dance overseas, but declined because he also wanted to become a singer since the 2nd grade, to the dismay of one of his dance instructors who said "The world of dance was going to lose a great artist"!! Hey guys! Love your reactions and thank you for taking the time to react to BTS' discography. This song was written by RM, who is very intelligent (if you recall from the intro you watched) so it makes sense to me that he would mention things like the rarity of male calico cats or the life-saving properties of "blue mold" (penicillin) in a love song; actual genius lyrics. Then you add Jimin's timid- and romantic ballad-like "ask" not FOR love but TO love; coupled with the strong but graceful dance moves that don't suggest any timidity at all; plus Jimin's playfulness with the bubbles, his smirks, and hooded eyelid looks and you get a buffet of desire on a platter in varying degrees of sultriness. 😂😂😂 Baby-making music? Yes although this one is more a dreamy love song which if it works for you, it works - no judgement! But my first listen to a BTS song early 2020, before everything shutdown, was through my daughter who was listening to BTS and wanted me to listen. She knows my usual genre is R&B so she had me listen to V's Singularity and bc I thought this was straight-up baby making music and wanted to know what my, then, 13-yr. old was listening to, I had to know what V was actually singing about! I won't spoil anything for you but after falling into the rabbit hole that is BTS, when I came upon Serendipity, it literally is a love song and a very dreamy one at that, in all aspects of its performance! ARMY is a huge fandom so there are a number of people who "fan" intrusively; but most are respectful of the young men's privacy. I don't think ARMY would murder for Jimin (more because RM and Jimin would be very disappointed in us...not because of prison time). However I'm pretty sure Jimin solo fans would absolutely 100% buss a cap in someone for that man. Idols, not just BTS, typically don't date publicly. They'll either avoid dating altogether or keep it private. For some companies, it's in their contracts that they're not allowed to date. I'm sure the guys have probably dated, but that's none of our business. It's not our place until the day they decide to openly share info with us (if ever).

S Korea is famously very private about idols private lives, families, sig others, etc. Gossips and crazed people aside, their privacy is respected. They don’t talk about it themselves and the general public mostly leaves it alone too. ARMY is also particularly famously respectful of BTS privacy and usually pretend not to recognize them when spotted “in the wild” just out living their lives rather than at an official appearance. Fans will even hide BTS merch they might have on them, so they don’t make BTS uncomfortable. The general rule of thumb for ARMY is, if you spot BTS members “in the wild,” no you didn’t. They have often thanked us for times they knew they were seen by fans but fans went out of their way to respect their space.
