@heroinhero69 alcoholic and people like to drink is different, Jimmy said he's not have drinking problem, NBC and the writers confirm about that, its media that making rumors and sadly people believe it, the issue appeared because jimmy has many accidents because he is clumsy person so media making rumor about it and rumor about his wife leaving him because he has drinking problem and in facts that never happened, their 11 years married is fine and solid with 2 beautiful daughters. He said here he can't have a drinking problem because his job, he works at 6 days a week maybe more on Tonight show plus he has company and brand so it's impossible if he's an alcoholic. But hey people like negative things right it's more fascinating than story about how nice and kind he is in real life

Just cause Jimmy doesn't voice harsh opinions about people and really cares about pleasing everyone, makes him MORE of a man. He's a breath of fresh air in this crazy world we live in. He actually made me laugh on this thing, and he never does on his own show. Not that I fucking watch that mess, but in clips I've seen, he's literally never funny and he wasn't funny on SNL either.

Moor: Actually he sucked as an interviewer when the show started, but he's improved a hell of a lot since then, and I actually like him way better on the Tonight Show than I did on SNL ( I had already stopped watching it by the time he got on there, though.) He's also a better impressionist than I thought he was----he's definitely talented in that area. And he can be funny when he wants to----I love his lip-synch skits, the sports predicting thing when he used to let all those cute puppies run down to their bowls, and cracking jokes and singing goofy-ass songs with the Roots (one of the best decisions he ever made for that show.

Getting further into this interview I think they stayed wayyy to long on the alcohol topic. Like it was clear that he was uncomfortable and denied the accusation. I didn't like the questions. I think it was them trying to keep the same energy they do with hip hop artists but with a person like Jimmy its like just wack to ask about if he has a drinking problem or try to make him say something racist when he already is kind of so open and his character is pretty much on display.

When i first saw Jimmy's show, i thought The Roots was a guest band. and that maybe Jimmy would have a different group every night until he found a band for the show. i still cannot believe he scored them as a house band.
