Whale has 70% hydro resistance. Shadow has 70%electro resistance. Yes, this is the X-times a boss has both hydro and electro resistance etc. Mihoyo likes these 2 elements.

Just bring Lyney Mono Pyro team.... Tried it first when it was released, Rational and even archon team but not making great damage.... Hence Fire with water whale 😂

Physical Amber is so good for this fight. Since the boss is so big, aiming isn't much of an issue and being ranged means no running all over the place to reach the boss.

Actually there is a tips with furina for attack infinity time with mademoiselle crabaletta, if you switch at the good frame of her attack in pneuma and then go back in ousia fast she gonna re attack, so you can make her attack without cooldown

I would feel left out if everyone wants to do Archon team, I don’t have a SINGLE archon well I tried getting Nahida and I was guaranteed but I don’t have enough wishes to reach pity or early pity

This Weekly Boss disappoints me (and probably many others), it takes too much time if you want to play co-op. Hopefully the 2nd Weekly Boss of Fontaine in future will make more challenges, like the way Azhdaha did. Although the possibility of that happening is almost impossible. Or same like Shogun. :( To be honest, after Shogun, the following Weekly Bosses have been very boring for co-oping. Apep is a little bit challenging, but not enough.

IDK why, but something always goes wrong when I try to coop on this boss. The first 2 tries failed, the 3rd one everyone left me, and the fourth one of our teammates left... like why??? Is it my fault??? Am I the problem??? My anxiety cannot ☠️

I only fought it in co-op once so far (took my time before playing the main quest), and nobody was leaving. I don't think it's your problem - there are 3 other teammates who should be doing something even if you aren't. That said, make sure you have somebody with arche alignment (pneuma or ousia - it doesn't seem to matter) and a healer.

@@kotarouinugami1745 I always just act as a healer (Baizhu) but Idk, this boss just isn't it for me. For instance, I never had any problems with the other bosses, my favorite being scara, since I can bring my anemo traveler (main) without it being awkward 😅 Honestly, the whole of Fontaine has been awkward for some reason, maybe it's just a lull for me, I've just been unlucky since 4.0... I hope it ends soon 😭

It's a new boss from update 4.2. As the other comment has said, it unlocks after you play the archon quest of that update. But with the new update, you can probably fight it from your adventurers' guidebook.

No, your team should’ve used Venti instead of Furina. Because Furina is NOT an Archon. And Bennett will soon lose his place as the Pyro Archon next year.

Furina technically is cus she is the body and spirit of an archon (focalors), just she doesn’t have archon powers.
