You're right. There's nothing good in it at all, for a man. Women have every incentive in the world to get married. In my city , a few years ago, a woman wanted a divorce from her husband who made A Lot, of money, through hard work over several years. This particular judge he got stuck with, was known for always being in favor of the woman, in every circumstance. The Judge awarded her full custody of their 2 kids, of course a ton in child support, not to mention a shitload in alimony. Guy went over to her house, that used to be his, a few weeks later. He stabbed her to death in the garage. Then, he went to one of the many tall parking garages here, he had obviously scouted out, that had a perfect view into the judge's office window. He shot the Judge with a high caliber rifle. The judge barely survived, and retired. I'm not condoning either of these actions, especially killing the Ex-Wife. But you can see with how broken the divorce courts are, how it might make somebody snap.
