I tried the recipe❤ and made adjustments because I only wanted three chapatis, so I used 1 cup of flour, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar and about 1/2 of water didn't measure the oil, nor the ghee (i used both), followed the rest of the instructions omg omg omg I feel like I have earned a PhD in chapati. Thank you moma

This is how we do it mombasa style but we use hot oil or ghee also and we don't wait unga ilainike we just kneed the dough for 7-10 minutes as desired...nice recipe
