हमने भी 2 महीने पहले 1 साल के लिए इसका कनेक्शन लगाए हैं। यह घड़ी घड़ी डिस्कनेक्ट हो जाता है। और बराबर से काम भी नहीं करता। जो भी इसे लगाना चाहता है उनसे निवेदन है कि कृपया जियोफाइबर ना लगाएं ।कंप्लेंट करने के बाद भी कोई सुनवाई नहीं है। उनका सीधा कहना है कि हमारी तरफ से सब ठीक है अब आप देखो।

Don't go for air fiber because of a couple of issues: 1. Speed fluctuations 2. When more & more people around your neighborhood take up air fiber connection, speed decreases. Better go with wired fiber connections, currently I am using Railwire fuber broadband 50 MBPs plan @588 inc. gst and it works flawlessly. In the last two years, never faced any downtimes or speed fluctuations

I was scammed, haha. They offer only 1000 GB but their ad says "unlimited." I used 1100 GB of data last month, but my parents broke my Airtel fiber because I didn't attend college. I spotted it and ordered it because I was a little tight on cash. When I called customer service to cancel it, they told me I couldn't, which is weird.(I talked with Customer service before ordering and they said it's unlimited )

1000gb is sufficient when most of the time there is network issue or slow speed. Your tv will work only on 480 res due to very slow speed.

Dont buy jio fiber, you will regret after buying it. Their device is not capable of delivering proper internet and this is how it is designed. No 100 mbps on 4G band. 5G band only works under 5 meter which is too less and intenet is working only when you stand in front of router. I made mistake by removing airtel for jio. The customer care will closes your service request without engineer visit without giving any proper reason. Their salesperson will commit false claims about range and strength and make you convince. Better go for Airtel, Pintwire, Tokona or other ISP which have very good router giving better cobverage even if there is wall in between, Jio fiber will be killed at point.

@@unic_rishuBro, jo advertisement me speed diya hota hai wo Mbps (Megabits) me hota hai, or actual speed hame MBps (Megabytes) me dikhta hai. To aapko calculate kar sakte ho... Example : Advertisement speed = 30 Mbps Actual Speed = 30 ÷ 8 = 3.75 MBps. Advertisement speed = 100 Mbps Actual Speed = 100 ÷ 8 = 12.5 MBps.

One of the worst network, speed not more than 15mbp and no network even in city like Mumbai. Once you pay advance forget about refund. Those giving positive feedbacks are paid agents of jio. Freebies offered are only advertising promo to fool customers. One of the worst customer service, and even worst their back hand senior team. Just looting customers.
