This is what happens when there is no competition in market. This is a perfect masterpiece move by Jio. First feed the prey with free datas then make them addicted to high usage and rewire their brain and finally destroy the competition and control the market.

bro only blaming jio is wrong just because they increased the plan first everyone is blaming jio but if airtel would have did it first and after airtel jio would have increased the plan than everyone would have blamed airtel....... its just that airtel and vi have played smart move of reveling the plans after jio so that jio takes all the blame

That's nothing wrong. It's a simple and traditional business strategy. How would any newbie business come into competition, if they keep selling at higher prices? It's just common sense. Profit booking after convincing your customers is justified, when you still have the 5th cheapest internet in the world, and that too it's still lower than a decade ago Airtel 299 2gb data back then.

Abhi jio Itna din jo saste mein aur kam recharge mein internet de raha tha usi ka hisab cover ker raha hai...149 mein sirf Jio hi de raha tha 1 GB per day for 20 days, 179 for 23 days aur 199 for 28 days, jo Airtel Mein 209 dena pad raha tha for 1 GB per day for 28 days...toh jio sab low end customers ko kheech liya tha per ab mostly sab 1 GB plans ko band ker diya aur 200 se kam koi recharge nahi, sirf jio mobile customer ke liye available hai less then 200, so yeh bhi ek marketing strategy hai jio mobile customer badhane ke liye jo low end customer hai. Jio mobile kharido keypad wala. But I think they will loose on some low end customers now with Airtel providing 1 GB/day or 28 days at 249 which is around ₹0.80 affordable per GB as compared to ₹209 plan and who needs 1 GB/day only.

Problems in Airtel at my locale: 1. Midnight to morning 6, no 5G, only 4G. Do whatever you wanna do. Go anywhere. 2. Call drops alot of coming from Jio or VI, though I receive full signal 3. Indoor, 5G reception is too weak. So the speed. Never crossed 300 Mbps 4. Customer care os pathetic 5. Offer vouchers, 1GB 2GB data are not queued, so wasted. And validity is for a day. WT* For all above issues, Jio services are still better but now good due to tariff hike.

@@abhishek4519 Except call clarity I've seen nothing good in Airtel. But Jio gives 500- 700 Mbps indoor & in open spaces in some areas near my house reaches 1.4 Gbps. Call clarity over 4G is superb, 5G lacks stability sometimes.

@@akshayaddy faced issue in Mumbai and Pune. Vi is better here. Full coverage and good speed though it's 4G only. Sometimes I received 5G at some places on VI.

@@barryallen1100 Mere saath Delhi mein 2 baar Google Maps tak kaam nhi kar raha tha Jio 4G pe. Time pe direction nhi milegi to banda turn kaise lega. Airtel mein atleast aise nhi hota tha, it was more consistent.

Just don't do that brother , first check the connectivity in your area , my dad is really regretting the decision , our home is 3 floors and we don't get even 2g signal on ground and 1st floor literally no network black nil , my dad also purchased bsnl sim with the same thought that they only need incoming and OTP but bsnl is failed into that as well let alone good speeds and good calling

BSNL wifi is okish in my area right now, but we had a bsnl broadband few years ago and let me tell it was very horrible 2MBps speed and very unstable ping

If you have good network of BSNL then get it because it offers 1515 rs 2gb data for 365 days. I am using it and it offers 3G data in Kolkata. Show your power to private company because customer is the king monopoly and duopoly won't be supported by Indian consumer. Support BSNL for India.

Charges high is not problem but problem is service provided by these companies was pathetic i have try all of three companies no of times complaint No significant result I think there one more telecom operator in the market because these players are set own plans and also service provide his own conditions all three companies are not thinking about the customers and same apply for government.

Sirf 24gb 1year ke baare me confusion hai. 1899 jio aur 1999 Airtel ka difference ignore Karo. Ab kya Airtel ka 1999 kya 5g unlimited dega?(Kyun ki jio ne to bol Diya ki jo 2gb /day aur isse upar hai usko hi unlimited milega, 1899 vale ko nahi)
