i am new to BJJ and i have fallen in love.

Rodolfo is a prime example of a great fighter who cross trains bjj n judo. Instead of the narrow minded ones who argue and constantly debate which is betterI said noted. Judo and bjj is large similar, but competition rules and regulations and how the sport is different causes different training methods. So what do the smart ones do? They train both to excel in their stand up top and ground game.

Wow... this is the best JJ doc I've seen bar none. And it just happens to be about my favorite fighter. Please keep them coming. This is top shelf stuff.
