Thanks Master Cavalcanti for showing the escape from the mount & back mount to the deep half. This answered one of my previous request.I also like the pendulum style half guard sweep. Until now, I was more familiar with using hooks to lift the leg up in the direction you want to sweep your opponent in then come up to the top or take the back. This is an excellent variation on the deep half guard.
