so happy when people acknowledge hes still his old self, they just let him have feelings and his own plotline, which he absolutely deserved but at the root he was still our beloved jj, wasnt out of character at all

Why can't the writers and the production understand that ALL WE WANT is more JJ. Backstories, drama, humor, gangsta shit, chilling with the Pogues, reckless stupid plans... For season 4, seriously, I want JJ to take us to Yucatan to see Luke and clear things with him, I have NO interest in Black beard's wreck and treasure! All I want is Luke, JJ, a bottle of Tequila and some hispanic music while they talk -or fight, I don't care as long as we get some background stories on why they end up like this.

@@ryzaloiserivera8514 I really don’t want to se a reconciliation. There are things Luke shouldn’t be forgiven for. Beating your child is not forgivable. Him saying sorry, or that he was drunk or high, doesn’t excuse it. JJ would be better off without Luke in his life. I have no doubt they will bring the character back, but if they try some redemption arc I’ll be pissed. They half-tried it with Ward this season and I was annoyed. Ward was literally a serial killer who also attempted to kill John B, Big John, and arguably Sarah. But he felt BAD about it and tried to make up with Sarah and they let him have a “heroic” death scene. It was irritating.

@@samanthawright8830 i agree. i won't mind if jj forgives him for his own sake in the sense of "letting go" but i don't want him to forgive his father and then luke acting like a saint. i don't think they'll do that though, in s2 luke seemed to try to leave on "good terms" with jj but if they're bringing them back like the rumors say i seriously doubt that it's gonna be for the better, his father will probably end up getting involved in something bad and will try to use jj to get out of or even kie. the writers also said that they want to explore the side of jj that self-sabotages more going foward.

Nah, Luke can die in a hole for all I care. I’d like to see some backstory, yeah, but no more real-time interactions. Luke was an absolute asshole 24/7, and ruined his father-son relationship with JJ. Though, ALLL WEEEE WANTTTT IS JJ!!!!!! I LOVE HIM 😩✋
