Yeah his name is Steve Kerr and after being a NBA player he worked as a sports analyst... never was a coach... got the GSW job and the rest his history....

J.J has a great mind for basketball and schemes..that being said managing a bunch of divas and dealing with LeGm might be a bit different. I think he'd make an amazing college coach though. Onky time will tell.
