iirc since it was the first victim's stand it was probably only the original user that died lol, iirc cheap trick even confirms that the guy that died was the og user and that he was simply too weak to wield him properly.

Tbf, those fights are totally different in how they play out In Josuke vs Highway Star he had to run and reach the user before Rohan died, a direct confrontation with the Stand would result in his defeat in this situation, not only that but Yuya had the advantage of being able to operate at long range and had a trap set up In Yuya vs Terunosuke he couldn't really do much from afar, he had to get close, putting himself at a disadvantage, he also had to deal with the fact that his opponent had 3 hostages who Yuya was forced to protect as a priority

And it can move and do whatever it wanted. It was one of the most powerful trigger stands in the series. Cheap trick was one of these as well because it was impossible to get rid of him with ordinary stand powers and was only defeated with what was basically a op exploit in his own town.

My only logical explaination is that, cheap trick is its own soul, while act 3 is koichi's soul, meaning Koichi has to be the one looking at it, but that wouldnt make sense since it said that cheap trick becomes a secondary stand to someone
