Maybe put time stamp up it helps viewers answer better. Uneducated guess, some paste, powder from many ingredients, eggs, spices, rice or other stock substance, sugar and MSG, Or miso, fish stock?🤷🇨🇦 Many things are possible depending on dish.

한국에는 미소랑 쇼유라멘 가게가 너무 적은게 아쉽네요 일본분들도 돈코츠같은거랑 과한 라멘은 생각보다 안찾는데 한국만 유독 돈코츠가 많은게 참 이해가 안가는....맛은 있지만 일본분들도 미소랑 쇼유잘하는 곳이 진짜 맛집인걸로 알아서

My country rasied soul howls in outrage at throwing away all that chicken and onions. Been way too hungry in times to do that with a food grade item. I eat home-made ramen when I can do so.
