We in the USA don't know real ramen. I have been to Tokyo and they smoke us, they have thousands of restaurants with this quality. The Japanese go the extra mile to be the best at what they do. I laughed out loud once and smiled and giggled once when I went to a Ramen shop with my friend and his Dad and Fiancé in Hachioji once.... I couldn't believe the flavor of the broth.

В моём детстве (середина 1980-х) куриц опаляли на газу из-за остатков перьев, ибо в СССР плохо обрабатывали кур при массовом производстве. И внутренности оставляли ещё некоторые. Мама очень вкусно готовила тогда и сейчас, хотя ей 70 лет.

Bu ramen denilen yemek; çorba, ana yemek ve salatanın karıştırılmış hali. Fakat hepsinden çok az miltarda. Lezzet konusuna değinmeyeceğim çünkü kültürel farklar ve alışkanlıklar bu konuda büyük farklar oluşturabilir. Çorba hariç aynı olay suşi de de var.
