I'm pretty much an expert on street food as I was a delivery driver all my life & often ate 3 meals a day on the street......but @2:47, where they stick the mouth of the bag of flour 3 inches deep (check the wet bag at 2:49), directly into the pan of dough......you find that sanitary???.......the bag that's been sitting in the warehouse with rats & roaches running all over the exterior????........Like I say, that doesn't really bother me.......but I recognize it as less than proper. If you find them clean because they're all wearing gloves.......I find that a 'political style' sham to make squeamish people think things are cleaner. For instance, how often do people wearing gloves, wash those gloves? Your hands are as sanitary as anything as long as you wash them. It's like the sham of coughing or sneezing into the inside of your elbow rather than your hand: When I'm cooking I wash my hands about every 3-5 minutes. How often in a day do people wash their arm? (Morning & night.....maybe?) Or better yet, how often during the day do they wash the arm of the shirt they're wearing? (Never, maybe?) Then they go around bumping the elbows of filthy, germy shirts, rather than shaking hands.....& call it sanitary. It's nonsense. Wash your hands, cover your mouth when you cough, GET VACCINATED, stay home in bed when you're sick, and you'll live to a ripe old age. I have.

i saw the bag go in the flour…but how about the dirty outside wrapping of the cheese on the cutting board, and putting the cheese right on it, disgusting because the cheese may not get cooked at a high heat, people c-diff is real and difficult to recover from…look it up
@terrencefoley509
@terrencefoley509 Жыл бұрын
@@Kate98755 Actually, I don't have a problem with this stuff. The wrappers were visibly clean. I was just saying that it's a pretty ordinary standard of cleanliness. Nothing to crow about. Actually, IMHO, this sort of exposure to mild contamination generally strengthens the immune systems of already healthy (HEALTHY) people. Like lifting weights for exercise. I've never worried about street food thought I've eaten it all my life. I figure, if a bug bites me......HE dies, not me.
@Kate98755
@Kate98755 Жыл бұрын
@@terrencefoley509 i work for a hospital and the notion that germs build your immune system isn’t true…things like C-Diff can be found in places such as these, very difficult to recover from it.
@terrencefoley509
@terrencefoley509 Жыл бұрын
@@Kate98755 This may be a matter of semantics. More exactly, what I meant was, exposure to pathogens produces antibodies to those pathogens which, on an appropriate scale, is beneficial. If exposure to 'germs' doesn't 'strengthen the immune system', what exactly does a vaccine do? At least, in the past, vaccines have largely been basically the 'bodies' of dead 'germs', so to speak.
