their individual vocal styles are amazing within itself and their harmonies are really unique with Traci & Tamar on soprano, Trina on alto, and Toni & Towanda on tenor! just amazing!

I thought Alto was used for choir? And tenor was for a man vocal register?

Alto is also used in groups. Any voice type can be for any gender did you know there are such things as male Sopranos? A example of each would be Jackie from The Clark Sisters, she sings tenor. A male soprano would be Jeffery Lewis.

@@whitneyhouston1122 yes I know there are such things as male sopranos cause I’m a male who sings alto but get criticism cause I’m a male and I’m only supposed to sing tenor I hear that all the time and “you can only sing alto and soprano in falsetto it’s not your true sound” I hear that a lot as well

i remember when they performed this on the REAL, Tamar was having issues and they all still killed it. I love them together when they sing.

That was actually Tamar’s playback she just had her rib taking out so she couldn’t hit the note at that time she was gonna lip sing it but decided to harmonize with herself live 🔥

This was beautiful but Ceelo Green's rendition of "Mary Did You Know?' is the absolute best I've ever heard! I cry every. single. time I hear it! I didnt even know it was him until I looked it up, his voice sounds so different. & the way he annhilated that beautiful bridge... that man has a gift! 😍💖

This was right when they were falling out... Even TD Jake and Iyanla Vanzant tried to get them to see each other... And Tamar Braxton was sick on and off... Then they appeared on The Real, in support of Tamar ( at work), and just it was beautiful to see in real time... Mama Evelyn did her thing with these beautiful women...!

I always enjoy when they sing together ❤️ Since we are in the Christmas season, you should definitely listen to Tori Kelly's Christmas album live from Capitol Records. Joy to the World is a must listen. The full video is about 48 minutes though. Jojo and Brandy's Christmas albums are great too!
