Legit one of THE funniest dudes ever! He’s a great storyteller but his energy, timing, relatability along with seeing his enthusiasm is soooo captivating! You can tell he would’ve been genuinely entertained by each of the scenarios that turned into his ‘jokes’.

Jokoy never fails us to laugh with the Filipino culture and mannerisms 🇵🇭😭😂
@isabelluche7004 жыл бұрын
I have watched some other videos of Jokoy before and somehow it never failed to make me laugh. Like, his sense of humor is very natural and talks about something that we all can relate. He is like an icon. A true Filipino by blood and by heart. Such a great role model to other Filipinos who are in abroad. Like, he is not afraid or ashamed of his Filipino blood , and he takes good pride on it. I hope other Filipinos out there would take this as an inspiration, that no matter how far we are now, we should never forget where we have been.

He is a natural stand up comedian where he can entertain the audience without showing object or props for making them laugh, I can understand how hard to make other people laugh and construct or build an message and sentences in order for them to relate to it. It includes the diction or delievery of your words/thought.

@@carld1240 well judging by what filipinos think is humor, i think not. They like gay stand up comedy. Nothing wrong with it, but i think mlst would find this kinda humor offensive. (Not to those who can relate tho)

This video sounds humorous because it is the reality on how the Filipinos are trying to learn the right pronunciation of the different foreign language. Yes, there are words that are mispronounced and there are words that the Filipinos create in their own. This is something unique of being a Filipino because they try their best to communicate to other people in order to understand one another. This is what I am proud of the Filipino people because when they go to other people they try to speak of the language of that particular place or they use the English for it is the universal language. Not the same with other nationalities who still spoke their respective language even if they are already in the Philippines and they are not using the national language of the Philippines. Even foreign people got mistake on how they pronounce the words in Filipino language. I am not saying that this happen to all foreign or local people but only to some or the others. After all, many foreign people go to the Philippines in order to learn English language. Other nationalities find the Filipinos as one of the best teachers for the English language. Let’s not discriminate one another but let’s help one another. We are not made to be perfect. It’s okay not to pronounce it correctly, not having the right grammar and creating some words as long as we communicate and understand one another. Remember communication with understanding is the bridge of the people to become one.

it actually depends on the region where theyre from. bec of their dialect that they cant pronounce certain letters. even when speaking tagalog they would have that regional accent. my english professor called it regional defect, and would often jokingly tell some of my classmates to boil their tongues to soften them a bit.
