I am very grateful to have learned how to answer questions on tell me about yourself and how to answer why should we hire you and knowing the job description from 1- 5 so I can align my answer to job description by giving the relevant skills that I have. Let's say someone is a fresh graduate with no experience and he/she has been invited for an oral interview, how can he/she answer the question on INTRODUCE YOURSELF. The qualification he has is not in line with position yet still was invited.
