Well to be fair the queen was frozen for years and had just given birth multiple times that night. Most women rest/sleep after childbirth and here she is running down predators and people. I can't imagine she'd eaten much leading up to this. I didn't see a salad bar down in that pyramid. It's likely she wasn't at her peak performance.

Or a female character being gut kicked across a room landing her back against a stone pillar and running around right after. No broken ribs,no internal bleeding.🥴
