Outside of the first predator movie.. this one had the best concept of all other entries in the franchise. The best fighters from around the world.. put in a confined space to be hunted.

This film was so well made. You can see details such as Noland’s helmet which is a predator mask attached to a kabuto (samurai helm). It really adds to the world, because from that small detail you know that this planet has been used for centuries to hunt humans, and that the predators abducted samurai.

This is a great movie. Okay, Fishburne hams it up a bit, but Braga and Brody are attractive, likeable leads, Topher Grace is a suitably devious little bastard, and the rest are serviceable. It's Brody that really elevates the movie though. The dude is INTENSE. He would be intense opening a can of beans....

It’s a scary thing knowing that you have been transported to an alien planet to be hunted by these advanced Predators, and with limited ammo, no supplies, no food (until they met the lone survivor who fed them some food before being gased), no back up, basically no nothing.

there was a movie reviewer that basically said it was confusing how the predator didn’t kill them after breaking the wall..they didn’t want ALL the game die right then + there’s a possibility the group number might have been a disadvantage to one predator.

I don't understand what the scavenger's plan was here. Don't kill them, lure them back to my home base, then try to kill them in a way that gives them plenty of opportunities to escape, but also in a way that reveals my hidden base. Even if his plan succeeded, he created a highly visible and easy to track heat and smoke signature centered directly on his hideout. What?

I dont remember much, but some other predators drop some high tech pred gear off for them, and they have to fight a really big feral esque predator. They do end up beating it, but I believe they are still stuck on the planet.

What bugged me about this movie was that a whole lot of the dialogue was comprised of one-liners lifted from the "Alien" franchise and past "Predator" movies. I get the whole easter egg thing, but this was so obvious and bad it was more like a "let's not even try and be a little creative" thing.

I use to walk around with a 12 gauge Mossberg pump in the street or a replica of a Hanzo sword 🗡️ but where did he hide the Shells for the gauge.... That's a heavy load and just counting the 12 gauge shots too maybe for him to carry in his fatigues
