~ MY STORY ~
Like a lot of us, I happened upon ASMR videos by chance when searching for ‘sleep help’ on KZfaq. I fell in love with the community because (alongside the tingles, ofc), it was a space for love, acceptance, and childlike creativity.
For someone who has struggled to love themselves and feel accepted (and continues to struggle on their worse days), ASMR is such a beautiful way to get out of our negative self talk. It speaks to the child within us, who doesn’t know what an amazing kid they are!
I recommend that everyone take the time to explore the wonderful world of ASMR with an open heart & mind.

Panic attacks are awful. I have autism and so get them a lot along with shutdowns which are similar for me and Jocie always helps because I can barely ever take a full breath but I can when I'm watching her. I hope you're okay!

I love your ASMR I try loads of ASMR videos but none of them make me soothed, relaxed and as sleepy as yours do! If I can't sleep I know exactly who to watch! You!! i used to listen to these to focus, it would help my anxiety well and long enough to where i could stop worrying and actually do my school work. now i fall asleep in seconds. it gets better!
