8~10g Instant coffee powder 15 g sugar

♥︎ Biscuit a la cuillere (Ladyfinger)
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites (about 66g)
47g cake flour
10g corn Starch
♥︎ Tiramisu cream
3 egg yolks
25g water
50g sugar
7g gelatin
350g mascarpone cheese
20g icing sugar
10g Kahlua
5g rum
2g vanilla bean paste
140g whipped cream

The takeaway for me here is that the lady finger layers can be one piece, really nice idea, and that there are molds for the toppers. Really nice.

Dear Jaconde, you suggest that we use vegetable whipping cream in the mascarpone, so it doesn’t curdle. Can you explain what is vegetable whipping cream? Do you mean like a soy based whipping cream, or non-dairy-based whipping cream, in addition to the whipped cream that you added?
