its about time calzaghe got some money from the sport. hes boxed for years and never got the recognition or money he deserves. the guys a legend.

I can only say one thing. I am danish and we are alle fans of Mikkel Kessler. Me and my 5 friends paid 60 dollars each to see the fight between Kessler and Calzaghe. After that fight i had so much fucking respect for Joe Calzaghe. Even though Kessler is danish, i fucking love Joe Calzaghe. That man is awesome!!!!

Wow Calzaghe was blazing fast as opposed to Hopkins. Hopkins would just grab him when he started his sequence of punches. Hopkins sure did know how to keep him at bay though he had a great game plan.

We are supportive of eachother but sometimes we a have silly way of showing it. It's just like trash talking between two fighters that deep down respect eachother. I just hope that there is no BS decsion this time if Calzaghe wins I hope he gets it and and if Jones wins I hope he gets it. I'll be rooting for Jones but if I think Joe wins the fight then I want him to get the decision there's nothing worse than a fighter getting robbed.

The ref should have stopped the fight cos Hopkins wasn't fit to carry on, had to fake a long long break; he ran and held and wasted time and clung on the ropes. Joe was all over him at the end. Calzaghe wanted to make a fight of it, all Hopkins could do was cry after. Roy Jones is different, he deserves respect and he respects Calzaghe. The Calzaghe haters said Hopkins was so far past it, Pavlik would have whupped Joe instead- funny then how Hopkins beat Pavlik.

I'm an American and a big Hopkins fan. Do I think he lost to Calzaghe? YES. No questioned he was out boxed. I was disappointed in Bernard in that fight. He tried to get points deducted from Joe because he was desperate and knew he was on the path of losing. Every Brit knows this and I understand you guys getting annoyed at Americans that say, Hopkins won and Calzaghe slaps and is a bitch. I don't care how you win a fight a win is a win. his talent is very good but you have to prove it time again/consistently he didnt do that because only fought in america twice, so for that reason alone many would say cannot be considered a great even if he has ability on paper and his selling point is being unbeaten.
