@@iammelissaruiz I did see some people getting in last minute but I think they are special cases like in some health crisis etc. Try emailing encephalon (his company) and they might be able to help you. But also what I saw was at the advanced weeklong. AFU might be different?

Exactly. I never left the resort I was in. Days end late, begin early and after the day ends I either need to be alone in my room to reflect or be with my fellow folks and enjoy dinner and a drink. I am still in aww and shock of how ... idk how describe it lol. Changed my life

If you want to know the 2024 schedule, you can go to the official website and contact them. They might be able to give you a rough idea if not exact dates.

You could read Dr Joe's books or try his meditations as an alternative to retreats. A lot of people have got massive benefits without ever going to a retreat.

The online course was amazing and eye-opening! I learned so much and it helped me to make sense of the meditations, understand the what/why/how behind Dr Joe's work. You can buy these online courses by themselves, but if you are planning on attending a retreat, you get free access to them from the time when you register, until 30 days after the retreat ends. Hope that helps!

The retreat ticket does not cover hotel costs. Yes, my life has changed but it is not an overnight change. The retreat is not a magic pill. You have to be willing to do the work. Hope that helps.

The Progressive and Intensive online courses. If you buy an advanced retreat, you get free access to these courses after registration. But you can buy them separately also from his website without purchasing an advanced retreat.

One of the cons is that you do not get the opportunity to ask Dr. Joe questions. It is understandable because during the retreat it is a full schedule and allowing questions to 2000+ people would take forever. But you can ask questions to his white hat/green hat team who are experienced and knowledgeable in his methods.

I arrived the day before just so I am not stressing and in a relaxed mood to begin the retreat. That way if your flight gets delayed or cancelled, you won't miss the first day of the retreat. I stayed the first night at a Comfort Inn about 10 min walk from the Gaylord Resort (where the retreat happens). I would highly recommend staying at the Gaylord (I am assuming that's where the retreat is happening this time too), because even if you stayed at the closest hotel across the street from Gaylord, the walk from your hotel to the ballroom where you need to be early in the morning will be minimum 15 minutes. Some people did stay there, so it is doable. To save costs, I had shared my room at the Gaylord with a female roommate. I had found her through the official Facebook group that they create just for attendees of a specific retreat. This allows people to connect, find roommates, share rides from/to the airport and ask any questions. Once you register for the retreat, you will get a welcome email with links to this Facebook group as well as link to book the hotel at a discounted rate. If the rooms are all sold out, you can try to find a roommate who has already secured a room. Registration started at 10 AM for my retreat in 2023. It went on till 4 or 5, so there is a lot of time. When I went to register after settling into my room (around 12), the line was very long. Fortunately, I met two amazing ladies who told me the line will get shorter later (they had attended many retreats in the past), so lets just go and grab some coffee. We returned after about an hour and there was practically no lineup. If you want to explore Nashville, keep some extra days before or after the retreat. You can take a taxi or Uber or Lyft to go from the airport to the hotel. You might also be able to share this ride with another attendee of the retreat - that's what I did. You can connect with others who are going to the same retreat as you on the Facebook group. Once you register for the retreat, they will send you an email with links to this official Facebook group, as well as link to book the hotel at a discounted rate. Many people find a roommate on the Facebook group to split the cost of the room. I did that as well. Hotel is not included in the retreat cost. You will register for the retreat first. Then you book the hotel quickly because the rooms do sell out. If they are sold out, you can go on the Facebook group and find a roommate with someone who already has a room booked. The retreat sells out pretty fast after they open registration, so book very quickly as soon as you get the email saying registration is not open - usually its 3-4 months before the retreat date. I agree....his prices are ridiculous..That is the reason why I don't really like it. He assembled what he passes on from different people who don't ask anything or barely anything for what they found out or investigated. He doesn't even mention his sources. And he is so hung up on the doctor title. He is a chiropractor and is allowed to carry the title doctor. I guess there is a big difference between us and other countries when it comes to ethics and gullibility
