@GrowWithSupreet You did a fabulous job explains the retreat ❤️! I’ve done Joe’s online course and am ready to go to a retreat BUT I physical limitations and I’m trying to get answers from them. I have a degenerative spine disease that makes it painful to sit more than 20 minutes at a time. I can move normally, stand and walk. I would need to lay down a lot during the meditations and lectures. Did you see anyone in the back of the room, out of the way, laying on mats?

If someone has been benefited by spirituality then other things become less important : one can try this : Try this : For Sound Sleep : Sing Haribol Haribol HariHariBol For Sound Sleep: One of the solutions is here: Try this Rasayan ( invisible medicine दिव्या रसायन ) : Sing : Sing as convenient to you for a Few minutes : preferably sitting comfortably or relaxing : Haribol Haribol HariHariBol (हरी बोल , हरी बोल , हरी हरी बोल ) : Say half an hour or 1 hour before going to bed !!! Avoid other Bhajans ( invisible medicines ) along with this !!!

Hi, "The Power of Thoughts" book by Swami Mukundananda. This one is a good book. I have read many self-help books but he is telling us how our mind knows to cheat us. Any way swamiji is also a student of IIT and IIM. I have seen your many videos and thank you for sharing with us many good book names.

Thank you for this very helpful review. I'm planning to attend the upcoming retreat in Nashville since there is still space available and had a few questions. Did you arrive a day before the registrtation to settle down, or do you think arriving on the morning of the registration day is sufficient? How long did the registration process take? Also, Could you recommend a hotel in Nashville that is close to the event venue? Since we need to wake up early for 6 am or 4 am meditations, I'm hesitant to register without knowing if I can secure a good, nearby hotel since the registration details are only shared after signing up. Thank you for your help!

I arrived the day before just so I am not stressing and in a relaxed mood to begin the retreat. That way if your flight gets delayed or cancelled, you won't miss the first day of the retreat. I stayed the first night at a Comfort Inn about 10 min walk from the Gaylord Resort (where the retreat happens). I would highly recommend staying at the Gaylord (I am assuming that's where the retreat is happening this time too), because even if you stayed at the closest hotel across the street from Gaylord, the walk from your hotel to the ballroom where you need to be early in the morning will be minimum 15 minutes. Some people did stay there, so it is doable. To save costs, I had shared my room at the Gaylord with a female roommate. I had found her through the official Facebook group that they create just for attendees of a specific retreat. This allows people to connect, find roommates, share rides from/to the airport and ask any questions. Once you register for the retreat, you will get a welcome email with links to this Facebook group as well as link to book the hotel at a discounted rate. If the rooms are all sold out, you can try to find a roommate who has already secured a room. Registration started at 10 AM for my retreat in 2023. It went on till 4 or 5, so there is a lot of time. When I went to register after settling into my room (around 12), the line was very long. Fortunately, I met two amazing ladies who told me the line will get shorter later (they had attended many retreats in the past), so lets just go and grab some coffee. We returned after about an hour and there was practically no lineup. If you want to explore Nashville, keep some extra days before or after the retreat. During the retreat, you will not have any time to do that. I hope this helps! All the best! Don't stress too much - everything will work out. 🙏❤️

Thank you for your lovely summary. ❤ Read all books and took both online courses by Dr Joe Dispenza. My favorite is the Placebo 2 meditation. I was looking for the information you provided. Was not sure if a retreat is needed, if all the material is in the books and online courses. Great comment that you still learned even more! I also wondered how the "Coherence Healing" works. Now I am sure to go to Cancun in December for 10 days. 😊

I find this video content beautiful and authentic; Thank you for inspiring and teaching me by your example: *speak clearly* (Easy to listen to) * Speak at a moderate pace* (Easy to understand) *Annunciate all your words* (Makes it enjoyable to listen to) *include an intro with pre video prep* (Establishes a connection with the guest / viewer / customer / audience) *include one or two unedited unintentional ‘mistakes’* (Made me feel a sense of connection; make me appreciate what you’ve done (and all the effort that you put in to make it concise and quality content) Something i learned from something that i didn’t like me a little: The repetitive sound of the swoosh when the video text/ captions came in) Or another way; *use sounds that are organic for indicating the flow in and out if text / animations on screen.* Also learned : *Having sounds to indicate text popping up on screen is nice* Why (it re-engages me in the content and give an auditory cue that something new is happening on screen) Thank you for this video! I enjoyed it very much! Also. I like that you included something in the video review that you didn’t like. And was honest and VERY relevant. EXCELLENT content Thank you !
