Joe Gatto joins the show and recalls some funny Impractical Jokers’ moments that never made it to air because they couldn’t get a talent release. He and Adam then share some of the ways they would convince people to sign after revealing they were on a hidden camera TV show. Adam then talks about a recent Ferrari that sold for auction for almost $52 million and the guys talk about what they plan on leaving their children after they pass. The guys also discuss the psychology behind people who use drink coasters, turn signals, and the middle urinal. Lastly, Chris shares some parenting news stories about the maternal instinct being a myth, if college still matters, and an Italian mother winning a court case to evict her sons in their 40s.

Haha. My daughter attends GWU in D.C.! I was super worried about all the homeless crazies hanging out near her dorm. Well, until she pointed out that none of them had legs! Then, not so worried. They might still try to charge at her in their wheelchairs, but she doesn’t really need to run away. Just step up onto the curb or some nearby half wall. They’ll never reach her!

RE that honking story... If that had occurred on Curb Your Enthusiasm Larry would have termed in the "Honk through". Adam did too, but on Curb it would have been repeated by the cast throughout the episode and become a meme.

48:11 I though-honk all the time… I’ve though honked 9 cars before to get to the head car… and I’ll tell you what it’s all about how you say it. Don’t hold down the horn untill someone moves… not a good way to do it.. 😢 What you do is practice quick and fast honks… I like the “smoke and a pancake,” the “da dada da da” real fast as fast as you can… seems to not anger as many people. They all look up from their phones and gtf out my way 😂

My hunch for Joe’s departure from IJ is two-fold: 1. He refused to do a punishment at the end of 1 of the shows and as they always disclaim when explaining the forthcoming punishment: “If you refuse, you’re off the show.” AND / OR 2. Because of his divorce at the time, walking away from IJ’s income could justify a lower child support and / or alimony in the court’s eyes.

But the "honking through" always seemed kind of dumb to me. I lived and worked in Manhattan for a while in Midtown, and every single green light, it was "honk through," and you go, "Dude, it serves no purpose." Everyone in that city is in a hell of a hurry, so they're friggin ready to go (with the rare exceptions), so "honking through" is just noise pollution in most cases. I mean, they start honking the split second after the light goes green, not like 5 seconds in. Actually a weird position for Adam to take, haha.

The green light is very short. If you don’t honk people just take their goddamn time and then it takes forever to get through the light.

Wasn't in LA long enough to judge that (the 405 was nuts, but it kind of flowed more or less ok when I was there, but I was with a local friend who knew when the good times to travel were, etc.) but in Manhattan, I don't remember seeing lazy drivers dozing at the light, lol. It's gotta be like 80-90% professional drivers there, so they're mostly rearing to go. Anyway, I guess just a funny thing for me as a Manhattan implant at the time and not growing up like that.

We need to create a task force, since that's all the rage in 2023, where teams of duo's are sent to office spaces throughout the country in search of these consistently inconsiderate assholes who are definitely oblivious to their extremely selfish micro-aggressive behavior which feels purposeful ie the coaster/coffee cup rinse averse discussed and they need to be given their version of the Scarlet Letter to crank up the pressure on these folks to remind them that contrary to what they believe THEY AREN'T the ONLY ONE's moving about in society and need to immediately take whatever steps necessary to improve their social skills which contains a wide variety of actions and heighten their awareness to their short comings that if not course corrected asap and they're putting their lives in their own hands with each selfish act especially with the accelerated rate our communities are spiraling out. It may initially seem personal to them but it's for the betterment of everyone and certainly those people because us doing it righteously really don't want to be on trial trying to explain to a jury exactly how we were left no other choice but to physically motivate these jack-holes....BUT WE ARE WILLING TO DO WHAT WE GOTTA DO eventually!!!!

Impractical jokers is weird because it’s like the biggest show almost nobody watches. Like I might know one or two people that say they watch it on, what is it, truTV?, I don’t even know if my tv package has that and yet when they tour they can come to town and sell out the 18000 seat arena.

Impractical Jokers is the NUMBER ONE BEST SHOW OF ALL TIME. It’s NEVER NOT funny. It’s ALWAYS funny. I laugh at EVERY SINGLE EPISODE I watch. Impractical Jokers is my favorite medicine. Sal is my favorite. I saw him live in the front row for the first time in my city last year. I also saw/met Joe for the first time at his show in Peoria Illinois last year. He’s the best. They both tell great comedy stories. Murr and Q are great as well. Impractical Jokers is ABSOLUTELY NOT weird at all. 🙅🏼‍♀️ The show NEVER gets old. truTV is my favorite channel to watch it on.
