I’m going to be a stripper 😳 that’s what she did. She was later diagnosed with bipolar disorder. The girls at the club so kindly got her addicted to 30’s. When she was short on cash she would snort H. She has since quit being a stripper. She got approved for SSI. Which I think is a potential death sentence. The more money you have the more you do. She has been in and out of at least 13 facilities. She has no interest in stopping. Last week she died twice in the same day. The second time it took 4 doses of Narcan. Another benefit of hemp people fail to mention is the root ball. Crops like corn with a small root ball, rob the soil of nutrients and leave few roots to decay back into the soil. Hemp having a large root ball actually adds nutrients to the soil after harvest. So, by rotating hemp into the crop rotation, farmers would need to use less fertilizer eventually leading to more organics.

2:26:45 I understand that from Joe but its a little disheartening to hear Tulsi, a former member of Congress, only now coming to this conclusion; but I'm glad she is seeing it now. I have seen coming since 2001 and im not exactly a genius. It became hard to deny when a 300+ page bill that stripped away significant chunks of our privacy and Constitutional rights appeared overnight and was nearly unanimously signed into law in under 24 hours to applause from all media and a significant portion of the population. And its only been a steady downhill from there.

In reference to Maui - my family lost our home and business in Lahaina (Moana Lani) - I can confirm with confidence that the mortgage companies do not care about the situation whatsoever. They expect their payment to be on time each month. In fact they have threatened to take the insurance payout meant to rebuild the house, in order to pay off the loan, before we've even recieved anything. The bank isn't sympathetic to our brother's and sisters in Lahaina and will gladly take their homes if given the opportunity

Depends on the externalities, for example the coqui frog came into the Big Island of Hawai'i because of lack of inspections for invasive species in the ornamental trade. Well mostly harmless outside of noise, however something like fire ants in southern state pose far greater risk like $63,495 in mitigation costs for each golf course and 6 billion annually in damages. Regulatory framework or polices done correctly can decrease over costs to the private sector and tax payer over the long haul.

As someone that worked in a papermill, it would be very expensive and challenging converting all of the existing equipment to tailor to hemp instead of wood pulp. It's not impossible, but you would need to overhaul a lot of your equipment. It probably wouldn't be worth the $100 million investment to convert everything that would likely change the FFU of your final product. Starting up a papermill from scratch with hemp fibers and fitness for use in mind? that would be different. There just needs to be the cost incentive.
