It's Nov 4 2023, I must have split into an alternate reality, cos before today... Chickenfoot did not exist in my reality?!? Seriously, I"m a HUGE Van Halen fan (especially the 5150 Hagar era), a MASSIVE Satriani fan and a same goes for the RHCPs... I would 100% have known about this supergroup!?! First song to hit my brain was Soap On a Rope... my mind is melting its so good.

Chickenfoot is evidence of the terrible state of the music industry, or maybe I should say the industry of music. What I mean by that is that this band was INCREDIBLE. Simply incredible. They made two of the best rock albums in the past 15 years. Where are they now? On a hook because the music industry is more about hot chicks shaking their ass while they lip sync than they are with highly skilled kick ass musicians. These guys are of the scale talented yet basically had to pay to play. Such a shame we will probably never hear another full album from them. Such a shame.
