@@smartgirlnye Imo it doesn't. Rapping with your own unique flow and style defines how well you can rap as well as your lyrical ability (punchlines, rhyming, wordplay etc.). Modern hip hop doesn't focus on this so ppl underrate this. Although rappers such as bone thugs, busta and tech all rap fast they are great because they can do all the other things as mentioned and they all rapped differently to each other without biting each otber .
