UNBEATABLE FRIED CHICKEN & PORK CHALLENGE | Crazy Puerto Rican Food Challenge With Mofongo

THE BIGGEST PUERTO RICAN FOOD CHALLENGE. Today we face off against a giant Puerto Rican food challenge! We have one hour to complete a giant fried chicken platter, also with fried pork, grilled chicken, steak, along with a variety of Puerto Rican rice and plantain dishes like Mofongo and Tostones. These Puerto Rican foods are specialties, and Mr. fry guy in Ocala Florida definitely did not disappoint! We were in the quest for the free meal, and this food truck challenge had never been completed before. this traditional Puerto Rican food did Marvel that which I had in San Juan Puerto Rico while I was there for a cruise stop. This giant food challenge weighed approximately 11 pounds, and was definitely like having a complete Puerto Rican food to wear in one meal! Can we defeat this unbeaten food challenge? Or Will this said to be impossible food challenge beat us in the man versus food style? Additionally, I had some Puerto Rican pink sauce, ketchup, and other condiments loved in Puerto Rico. Along with there was lots of garlic, and Sofrito mixed in with all the dishes, giving a very fresh and signature Puerto Rican flavor! This was filmed prior to a 2nd Puerto Rican seafood challenge I did in Kissimmee FL.

They not from purto rico....they from a food truck I'm Florida....wher ever in the states is either a food truck or restaurant of puertorican food wich is ok....but to taste puertorican food you gotta go there...and then you really can talk about food from there....

*My eyes popped out of their sockets when I saw that platter, I was raised on every item shown, my Mom was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico, and man, could she cook up a storm in my younger years!* 🌴👍 *P.S. You should have started with the plantin dishes since when they reach room temperature they become much heavier to eat and digest, what was missing were Bacalaitos, fried cod fish cakes, and “Morcillas” blood sausages, and many more, LUCKY YOU...* 😋

I have a friend from Puerto Rico and she cooked all the time. One of my favorites is PR Swiss Steak and Rice with Black Beans and fried plantains! She also fixed paella a lot! Those plantains are good dipped in the pink sauce!!

Puerto Rico is definitely on my Travel Bucket List, sadly, it's somewhat difficult to travel to from the UK. I did try some amazing Filipino Cuisine recently and the Pork Belly was just beautiful....Wonderfully soft meat with a shatteringly crisp crackling and a depth of flavour and colour that was something else.
