Joe, I saw your tutorial last night. It was so helpful because today I taught my first class of this semester with OBS!!!!! I used the chroma key, image and many things that you teach in your video. I need to learn how to share videos with audio. It's a way complicated yet, but I will learn. I’ve been with pinnacle for the last 25 years editing tv repair videos. I tried OBS last year but couldn’t get on with it. Your videos have helped. I think you may have sorted the timer issue. I have a special clock that my desktop grabs as a countdown before I go live. Seems ok. Thank you. I’m catching up slowly. Allen.

Definitely outstanding. I am relatively new to OBS and your tutorial brought me up to level much quicker than many I've seen. Great job...highly recommended.

Really enjoyed it and got a ton out of it! My only issue is audio monitoring. It has to do with playing a live video feed from VR, through my computer to be streamed out. When I go to a scene that only has a web camera and a mic, I mute the mic, and the meter shows no sound, which is what I want, BUT I hear sound through my headphones, so, it's coming from the computer. All I want to hear is what's coming through OBS.

An online company I am now with, is going to use OBS online english training. Seems like a lot of work to give an adult, who can read and write english, the opportunity to speak to a native speaker. One amazing video....OBS is certainly a great tool for what I have been planning for a long time ie. Online teaching. Stumbled on this amazing tut whilst looking for a simple video cutter. Pardon me for my ignorance: I was unable to find the links you suggested in the video description. I instead searched for the Virtual Cam , downloaded and I think installed but I was unable to find under TOOLS. Your teaching style is super and any dummy will understand your content. Well done.

What a brilliant peice of software. Scenes can be studio cameras. You just flip to whichever camera. I understand it can do teleprompting (autocues) as well. Have you made a video on this? 🙂

Love the video. It was very helpful. I would love see a video on how do you get your screen the way you have it. You are positioned in the lefthand corner and your screen can be seen very easily and clearly.

Thank you for the information very well put together guide on how to use a green screen with obs, you explain things very well on how to navigate through obs. I had an issue with two of the same webcams and thanks to your video it helped me resolve the problem with using the front and back USB ports for your cams.
